This tutorial will show you how easy it is to buy your word.

First of all, you have to find a site that has some words. Here are a few you can choose from. Be sure to find one that fits your niche. (Go ahead and click one if you want to really follow along. It'll open up in a new window.)
  • 300 Blogs - Do you write a blog? Perfect for you.
  • 300 Jobs for Moms - Do you have an opportunity that moms would love? Seems like a fit to me.
  • 400 eBooks - Here's a good one. Do you have your own eBook you want to sell? Do you know how to sell other people's ebooks? You could link them either way!
Ok, so you've found your site, it might look something like this.

There are a lot of words there you can choose from. If you like one of those words (and let's assume you do), just click it! For this example, we've decided on the word 'Resources.'

Ok, we've clicked our word and it brought up the following page:

There are two section highlighted on that image over there on the right.

The green section is the one you have to fill in. It's pretty self explanatory. Fill in your name, email address, site name, and the URL to which the link will be pointing.

The blue section is where you can customize the look and feel of your word. It's gotta be different. (Well, it doesn't HAVE to be, but what's the fun in looking like everyone else?)

So you've got four choices on the size of the font.

Small, Medium, Large, and Jumbo.

Now choose what font options you want.

You can get Bold or
Italic or
Overline or
Underline or
A Mix of Styles.

Then you just choose your color.

Mouseover text is the text that appears when you put the cursor over the text. For example, put your cursor over the word, Resources.

Of course, all these options are just that, optional.

When you've decided on your word and how you want it formatted, there is one more thing to see on this page.

You've got to read the Listing Terms and agree to them. Pretty self explanatory.

After you've checked the box saying you agree, you can choose to purchase your word, or preview your settings. Purchasing will take you to PayPal where you can pay for it. Preview will do just that, give you a preview of what your word is going to look like. After you preview, you'll have the option to edit your settings or proceed with the payment.

That brings us to the final step. You're taken to PayPal where you complete your payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, it will ask you to create one. Just follow the instructions on PayPal's site to make the payment. If you pay with available funds, then your word will be listed automatically, if you pay with a check that has to clear first, it will clear in a few days and your word will appear then.
